Court transcripts of Chief Rodney Scott’s public rape threat against me.

CONTENT WARNING: The following involves violent sexual crimes committed by Border Patrol agents.

As Chief Scott waits to hear about his confirmation, Senator Wyden has invoked my rape at the Border Patrol Academy while not using my name. Chief Scott testified before Congress today that he apologized to me, my attorney and my wife in private. This is NOT true. Chief Scott has never apologized to me and never even deleted the public rape threat.

The following is a court report of the testimony where he again lied under oath in claiming I was a terrible agent. Actually, I was an award winning agent multiple times. Here are my records. Chief Scott continues to defame my character and my service as a Senior Patrol Agent.
